MCTXSheriff Arrest Three for Engaging In Organized Crime

On Thursday, September 7, 2018, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to TJ Maxx in reference to a theft in progress. Deputies were advised that two suspects were inside the store concealing merchandise beneath their clothing and in their handbags and were exiting the store without paying. The suspects exited the store and got into a maroon Pontiac Grand Am where a male driver was waiting.

Deputies were able to locate the Pontiac Grand Am parked in front of the Ross Store and during the investigation, Deputies recovered the items identified by TJ MAXX as stolen. Deputies also located additional stolen items inside the suspect vehicle belonging to Ross, PetSmart, Wal-Mart and Old Navy. All items contained intact sales tags and no purchase receipts. Deputies were also able to retrieve video surveillance that showed the suspects concealing the stolen items and exiting the store without paying.

Deputies arrested Kay Moore 39 YOA B/F of Conroe, TX, Caralyn Milo 53 YOA B/F of Conroe, TX and Raymond Power, 36 YOA B/M of Conroe, TX for Engaging In Organized Criminal Activity.
The total dollar amount of theft was over $800 dollars and all property was returned to the rightful owners.
