Sheriff’s Office Looking for Habitual Thief and Credit Card Abuse Suspect

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect below. The suspect is responsible for multiple burglaries of hard working citizens’ vehicles in Montgomery County. The suspect wasn’t done there! The suspect then took the victims’ credit cards and used them at businesses in Montgomery County.

On August 25, 2018, at about 9:00 am, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were investigating a burglary of a motor vehicle that had occurred on Technology Forest, The Woodland, TX. During the investigation, Deputies learned that the victim’s vehicle was broken into while he was inside the business and that his wallet which contained numerous credit cards and cash were stolen from the vehicle. While speaking with the Deputy, the victim was notified by his credit card company that his credit was being used at Kroger Store located at 341 S. Loop 336 in Conroe. Deputies drove to the location and retrieved video surveillance that showed the above suspect responsible for using the stolen credit card. The suspect used the stolen credit card to purchase multiple gift cards.

The suspect in the red shirt has tattoos on both arms, and possibly on the right side of his neck. The suspect leaves the store and enters an older model GMC Denali, with no front license plate and a moon roof. The pictured suspect, who remains unidentified, has been involved in numerous other cases in Montgomery County. In each instance the suspects used the stolen cards at Kroger on the South Loop 336 and once at the North Loop Kroger.
