The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a theft of a package that occurred on February 19, 2019 in the 27600 block of Country Colony Drive in Splendora, Texas. The victim stated that after reviewing security footage, UPS dropped the package off at 9:30 am. At approximately 9:37 am, the footage shows an early 2000's model dark blue Volkswagen Jetta park in front of the driveway. A passenger then gets out of the vehicle and leans over the fence taking the package. The vehicle then quickly leaves West on Country Colony Dr. The passenger looked to be a white male in his early 20's about medium size. He was wearing a gray hoodie sweater covering most of his face with blue jeans and black shoes.
