MCTXSheriff Investigates Burglary of Vehicle
On November 28, 2019, at about 6:30 AM, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 3300 block of Santana Lane in Porter, Texas in reference to a Burglary of Vehicle. Upon arrival, Deputies learned that sometime during the early morning hours the victim’s vehicle was broken into. Deputies learned that the victim's firearm and wallet were taken from the vehicle. During the investigation, a security camera showed the suspect in the picture entering the vehicle at about 2:00 AM. This is one of many burglaries that have occurred in the area recently and is under investigation. As a reminder, The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office encourages residents to remove all valuables from their vehicles especially firearms.
